If someone in the car is injured, I am responsible for his hospital bill. If dead, I am responsible for reparation. We damaged the infrastructures of Iraq. We injered and caused deathe for many thousand of Iraqi citizens. Why not pay for the dammages. Libya did it for the Lockerby tragedy. Italy paid for their mistakes. Germany still Paying Israel for what the Nazi did for their own Jewish citizens. Why don't we do it for Iraq? We must pay for the damages.
